1972 Volkswagen Type 2 T2 Bus. 1:24 scale diecast collectible model car. This T2 Bus measures 6.75" long, 2.5" wide and 3" high. It has openable passenger door & rear hatch. The seats/benches inside are visible and molded quite accurately. Hub cabs have the VW logo embossed and the tires are made of rubber. The headlights, taillights, turn signals, side view mirrors and chrome bumpers add nice and realistic details.
What makes this model interesting is the sliding door. It looks just like the real thing and it closes/opens tightly. The way it operates is by a little lever/pin that protrudes from the bottom of the bus.
