1:72 Scale Metal Diecast – Sikorsky MH-60 Seahawk HSC-2 "Fleet Angels", NAS Norfolk, VA 2008, US NAVY  – Length: 8.5" (Fuselage)  Rotor Span: 8.5”

This model is made of diecast metal and is heavy and fragile. It is definitely not a toy. It is made for display.

The model comes already assembled and painted. What is shown in the photos is the way it comes out of the box. Some MINOR ASSEMBLY is needed to attached the rotor blades to the rotor. No glue is needed but patience and care is required to no damage the pieces. Both rotor can rotate freely.

A display stand is included, The stand is made entirely of metal, it is very sturdy and it is held together by a nut/screw assembly.

This is really a "no-play" model or a "display-only" model. It is mostly metal and very heavy. It also has a number of antennas which look great but are very fragile. If you have small kids that like to play with your models, save yourself some frustration (and money) and wait till later to get a model like this one. The box is labeled as not suitable for children under 14.

The box measures 11 inches by 8.5 inches by 3.75 inches.

The Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk is a four-bladed, twin-engine, medium-lift utility helicopter manufactured by Sikorsky Aircraft. Sikorsky submitted the S-70 design for the United States Army's Utility Tactical Transport Aircraft System (UTTAS) competition in 1972. The Army designated the prototype as the YUH-60A and selected the Black Hawk as the winner of the program in 1976, after a fly-off competition with the Boeing Vertol YUH-61.
