This Patriot PAC-3 model is made of a combination of diecast metal and plastic parts. The missile canisters are not movable, they do not elevate or rotate. The model comes fixed in the position you see on the photos. The only moving parts are the wheels and the antenna.

These models are not toys, they will not last long if played with. They are made for display purposes only.

The packaging is made of two plastic shells encasing the model and then these shells go inside a window box.

The box measures 6.5 inches long by 6.5 inches wide by 4 inches wide.

The MIM-104 Patriot is a surface-to-air missile (SAM) system, the primary of its kind used by the United States Army and several allied nations. It is manufactured by the U.S. defense contractor Raytheon and derives its name from the radar component of the weapon system.

The M901 Launching Stations are remotely operated, self-contained units. The ECS controls operation of the launchers through each launcher's DLT, via fiber optic or VHF (SINCGARS) data link.

Integral levelling equipment permits emplacement on slopes of up to 10 degrees. Each launcher is trainable in azimuth and elevates to a fixed, elevated launch position. Precise aiming of the launcher before launch is not necessary; thus, no extra lags are introduced into system reaction time. Each launcher is also capable of providing detailed diagnostics to the ECS via the data link.
